Utah Home Builders are suffering from a huge crash due to failure of banks nation wide. Several builders who’s names I cannot say for legal reasons, have been destroyed. After over a trillion dollars in bailouts inwhich is not trickling down one can only hope for an end. Is this the next great depression? I pray not. I hope all Utah home builders are able to recover to some degree, be able to feed their families and live half normal lives but for now Utah home builders need to do everything they can to stay alive.
